TRU GRIT is based right here in the valley! We are certified by the IICRC, and take pride in helping customers get their lives back in order. We believe in doing honest work, and being able to sleep at night knowing we have Integrity day in and day out. Our goal is to make sure everyone we come in contact with has a great experience and gets back to a peaceful state of mind as soon as possible. We have gone the extra mile to make sure we get certified by the IICRC to handle the damage that has been done the right way so no further damage is caused. We take pride in our work and bringing you peace of mind. WE ARE NOT a 'Prefered vendor' which means we will always have the customer's best interest in mind and not the insurance company. We go to bat FOR YOU. Often time insurance companies will try to pair you up with a 'preferred vendor.'
These companies get higher volumes of jobs in exchange for following the insurance company demands. This means you are not in the best interest of the company. Their priority is to make sure the insurance company is happy so they can receive more jobs. This can result in faulty work and further harm to your home. TRU GRIT does not agree with this way of treating people, so we are not apart of any vendor program.
